- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard paste

Combine the chili, fresh lime juice, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cool, and strain. Skin, de-seed, and cut the muskmelon and papayas in cubes. Combine the fruit with the syrup, season, and keep to chill again. Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard paste, and seasonings together. Arrange the tomatoes and onion in a bowl or plate. Toss the olive oil dressing on it and add the cooled melon and papaya in the bowl. Serve chilled and enjoy.
